Any purchase you make after using the search tool is a transaction between you and the airline, travel agency or other provider shown in the results, made on their own website. Refunds, cancellations, changes and disputes relating to such a purchase are governed entirely by that provider's own policies and must be requested from them directly, not from us. We may receive a commission from Travelpayouts for bookings completed this way, but this commission does not come out of the price you pay and does not give us any control over, or responsibility for, the booking itself.

No general right to refund for free content

Because the majority of material on the site is provided free of charge, no payment is collected for ordinary access and therefore no refunds apply. If you encounter technical difficulties viewing free content, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
